To use our service, you must authenticate your Google account and grant The Muteber permission to manage your Google Business Profile reviews. You confirm that you are the authorized owner or manager of the connected Google Business Profile. You are solely responsible for the content of the AI-generated replies, and you retain the right to review, edit, or delete any replies posted by our system.
While our AI strives to provide the best possible responses to your customer reviews, The Muteber is not liable for any reputational or financial damages that may arise from the automated replies. The service is provided "as is," and we highly recommend users to monitor the automated actions periodically.
You may disconnect your Google Business account and terminate your use of The Muteber at any time. Upon termination, we will revoke all access to your Google APIs and delete your synced data according to our data retention policies.
